The Municipality is strategically located twenty (20) minutes from the Nation's Capital, Ottawa, the international airport and the border with the United States at Ogdensburg, New York.
Kemptville is the largest town within North Grenville, with approximately 4,000 residents. Kemptville is the fastest growing towns in the Ottawa Valley, experiencing annual growth at the rate of 7%.
Kemptville is bordered by the historic Rideau River and the Veterans Highway (Hwy 416).
In addition to the Rideau River system, Kemptville also has many other natural attractions including the North Grenville Trail (150 kms of walking/hiking trails and bike paths). Watch for the sign.
