The 73’s drop a 4-1 home game to Lasers

The Kemptville 73's' defense had a poor night, allowing the Kanata Lasers 29 shots throughout the game. The Kanata Lasers took the lead before the halfway point in the second on a goal from Theodore Austin.

Graham Denomme did his part, adding 3 points (2 goals, 1 assist) and Alex Gagnon chipped in with 3 assists.

In the first period, Samson opened the scoring for Kemptville with a goal at 15:27 with helpers from Patterson and Dennison.

During the second, Poeze finally put Kanata on the board with a goal at 10:32 with helpers from teammates Park and Nocita. Austin quickly followed with what turned out to be the game winning goal at 11:13 with assists from Denomme and Gagnon. Denomme deposited a goal at 14:51 with an assist from Gagnon.

In the third, Denomme scored a goal at 13:09 with helpers from his linemates, St. Jean and Gagnon.

This loss brings the Kemptville 73’s’ record to (4-3-1-0).
