The 73's struggled against the Braves 6-1 in home game

The Kemptville 73's' defense had a poor night, allowing the Brockville Braves 64 shots throughout the game. The Brockville Braves took the lead before the halfway point in the first on a goal from Phillip Gilmour and never looked back.

Phillip Gilmour delivered for his team with 3 points (2 goals, 1 assist) and Fred Allaire had no trouble finding the scoresheet, adding 2 goals.

In the first, Gilmour opened the scoring for the Braves with a goal at 0:16 with helpers from his linemates, Hawkins and Halle. Gilmour deposited what turned out to be the game winning goal at 5:48 with assists from his teammates Halle and Citrullo.

In the third period, Halle netted a goal at 2:40 with helpers from his linemates, Hawkins and Gilmour.
