In a Central Canada Hockey League matchup on Monday, February 16, 2026 at the North Grenville Municipal Centre, the Kemptville 73’s posted a convincing 7-3 victory over the Navan Grads, capitalizing on a strong offensive performance that saw them lead 1–0 after the first and pull away in the second and third periods with goals from Venance, Voisey, Mbarushimana and D’Arienzo, while Navan’s offense was led by two goals from Waugh and one from Paris; Kemptville outshot Navan 41–28 and goalie Donovan made 25 saves to secure the win.
Carleton Place 4, Kemptville 3
The Carleton Place Canadians defeated the Kemptville 73’s 4–3 on February 22, 2026 at the North Grenville Municipal Centre. Carleton Place took an early lead in the first period with goals from Devlin and Perrier before Kemptville’s Hennessy cut the deficit to 2–1. Landriault extended the Canadians’ lead in the second period, and Conrad scored early in the third to make it 4–1. Kemptville mounted a late comeback with goals from Mbarushimana and a power-play marker by Hennessy with five seconds remaining, but it wasn’t enough as Carleton Place held on for the win. Kemptville outshot Carleton Place 28–26, while Conway made 25 saves for the Canadians and Carswell stopped 22 shots for the 73’s.
